About the CEO
Maithreyi Gopalakrishnan is the Founder and CEO of LiquidiFi. She has been actively studying finance and markets and preparing LiquidiFi to offer investment advisory services since early 2021. Prior to founding LiquidiFi, her work experience was largely in engineering and product roles. Maithreyi has led product development at an early-stage quantum computing company, served as a process engineer at Intel, founded a startup developing hybrid conversion kits for auto rickshaws in India, and worked in 3 research laboratories at Stanford, MIT, and University of Colorado-Boulder. While developing LiquidiFi's learning app and setting up its investment advisory business, she also provided engineering and entrepreneurship consulting services to several startups and mid-sized companies.
Maithreyi holds an MS/BS in Engineering Physics from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. She is an avid dancer, having studied classical ballet since the age of three and practiced, performed, and taught various styles of dance. Maithreyi also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
